The location of the property was great. There is a lot of construction going on for the Olympics so this impacted our stay to some degree. Roads were blocked off for construction purposes and large cranes were everywhere. I acknowledge this is beyond the control of the hotel. The breakfast was very good.

Beautiful hotel friendly staff. Breakfast was great and the bedroom was very well decorated and comfortable. Lovely touches like the complimentary shampoos etc thought of everything. The service of reception staff was wonderful. They went above and beyond orgainisi g a taxi for us. They only down side was maybe the noise from the building work for the forth coming olympics which we know you have no control over. The fan was good air conditioning would be even better

The staff were lovely, particularly the two ladies serving breakfast every morning. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy - fresh fruit, cakes, cold meats, cheeses, eggs, yoghurt, cereals etc. Also a choice of hot and cold drinks. The room was spacious and decorated very tastefully with a large bathroom. Very central for walks, close to the station and restaurants/shops.

Really cool boutique hotel with unique design and a super central location—right near shops and restaurants. The receptionist was amazing and gave us great tips for hikes and places to eat. They even upgraded us to a luxury room, which was a nice surprise! Only downside was some construction nearby because of the upcoming Winter 2026 Olympics, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, all 3 young ladies spoke good English and helped me with a language issue re a lost iPad.. as well as great recommendations for dinner and hikes. Our upgraded room was just lovely and as others have commented Cortina is in the middle of a huge construction project so not at its best however our room was very quiet with the double glazed doors and shutters closed. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and everything delicious. Onsite parking was perfect and the lovely young lady helped us with our bags too. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great location and friendly staff! Room was clean and perfect size. I didn’t know that balconies were an option, but they do have them. Breakfast was great, fresh and delish! Shout out to Alice for booking our supper reservations. Was a great little spot! I believe all the rooms are decorated differently as well. Great little wine bar across the road .. Villa Sandi! Friendly staff and great music. Thanks for having us!

Parking was convenient, breakfast was tasty, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great and I didn’t hear any city or construction noise. The fan in the room was great!

Unique, beautifully decorated historic boutique hotel in the center of Cortina, located stone's throw away from restaurants, shops, everything. The bedding was superior, nice robes + toiletries. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, yay. Staff was attentive and personable, this place is clean, clean, clean! Bonus: Private parking lot. Worked out great as a base for day hikes and excursions.

Hotel brilliantly located in the town. Breakfast was great and the Zelda cocktail bar was quirky and fun.

The hotel is almost a work of art. Elizabeth, the owner, has developed a beautiful and fun experience for guests. From the moment you walk in the door, the service was outstanding. She has also written three books on her experience and goals as an experiential host. We read two of them during the stay, and it conveyed her love for the business and the attention to detail she expects (and fun stories). Very nicely decorated and comfortable stay.
